1. Only two (2) cats will be permitted per apartment.
2. Cats must be fully vaccinated and licensed in accordance with all regulations of the local Health Department and/or any governmental agencies.
3. You must present a letter or certification from a licensed veterinarian that your cat is in good health and not a danger to any residents or other pets. 
4. No pet is allowed unless it has been spayed or neutered.  Provide proof from a licensed veterinarian.
5. Cats must be always kept inside the apartment except when transporting.
6. You may not have your cat tied, staked, or tethered outside of your apartment unit including, but not limited to hallways, balconies or patios.
7. You must maintain and provide proof of insurance to insure against any damages or injuries caused by your Pet.  Your insurance must name us as an additional insured.
8. You must immediately clean up and properly dispose of any waste products left by your Pet.  To properly dispose of any animal waste, you must securely wrap and seal the waste in a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in a designated trash receptacle.  Cat litter must be double bagged in plastic prior to disposal in the rubbish containers.  Do not dispose of litter in toilets even if the litter is marked “flushable”.  Cat litter can and does cause clogs in pipes resulting in flooding.
9. Your Pet must not be a threat, nuisance, or danger to other tenants, their guests, visitors, occupants, invitees, management, or other pets.
10. Your Pet must not, in any way, interfere with other tenants’ use and enjoyment of their rental property.
11. We may designate a certain area where you may walk your Pet.  If such an area is designated, you may walk your Pet only in that area.
12. You agree to immediately pay on demand, the cost of any damages, repairs, charges and/or cleaning, including the full cost of replacement, caused by your Pet to the Leased Premises, common areas, or any ancillary property.
13. You agree to pay all fees and costs incurred for exterminating any infestation of pests, fleas or other insects caused by your Pet.

Tenant acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Management reserves and has the right to amend these rules upon thirty (30) days written notice.
2. We reserve the right to revoke our consent herein and require the removal of your Pet for any violation of the provision contained herein.

Violation of any provisions contained herein will constitute a breach of your lease and could result in termination of your lease.
